About Us

InVOLves’s mission is to develop communities by promoting education, training and personal development. They aim to enhance individual’s social and personal skills, help them take on valued roles within their communities, and achieve greater independence. InVOLve fosters social interaction and inclusion by collaborating with organisations to create programmes that build confidence, encourage participation, and cultivate a sense of belonging.

In response to the growing need for a neutral, inclusive community space, InVOLve House was established. It serves as a central hub for meetings, workshops, and events, offering versatile facilities for private, charitable and public gatherings.

For smaller meetings, our dedicated boardroom offers a professional environment with all necessary facilities. The HR Centre of Excellence Project Team within the Department of Finance used InVOLve House for a cafe-style workshops with a large number of internal stakeholders in February 2016. The central location of the premises enabled staff from across the north of Ireland to attend the workshop. The internal layout of the venue was suitable for an interactive workshop using a range of methods to engage attendees.

Thankyou for all your support letting Caudwell Children use the meeting room. It is invaluable in making my working days and families' busy lives less stressful. Also for forwarding on volunteer enquiries that are much needed by Caudwell in your area. I look forward to continuing working with InVOLve.

Magherafelt District Advice Service have used InVOLve House as a venue on a number of occasions now for our Annual General Meetinig, training and general meetings. We have found the staff a volunteers who have dealt with our bookings to be friendly, efficient and very professional. The venue itself is an excellent, modern venue and adaptable for every type of meeting we have ever needed. It is light and airy and extremely well maintained by the staff. We have availed of a number of rooms depending on the needs of our service with eg. presentations and overheads.

InVOLve House situated in the town centre of Magherafelt and has rooms/facilties to cater all functions whether it be for a small group or for a larger event. Great kichen facilities were tea/coffee can be made. Layout of the building is spacious, clean and wheelchair accessible as they have a lift to take you to the larger hall upstairs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating with any requirements needed. Pricing for the facilties is reasonable. The only issue with this is the limited parking facilities outside InVOLve House but the shopping centre car park is within walking distance. The Empower Project has used this venue in a few occasions and will continue to do so.

I used InVOLve House to deliver training and found it an excellent venue: it is an ideal location for those Services Users from this part of the Northern Trust Area; value for money; people centred approach, welcoming and friendly; professional services re: meeting all our needs to deliver training sessions; the venue was ideal, light and bright and accessible; excellent housekeeping. However, users of InVOLve House should take into account parking restrictions and costs.
